What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

I keep contact form submissions for up to a year for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

    PHASE 4: ROUGH CUT or DIGITALIZED FOUNDATION

    Goal:

    DESIGN:

    • Take the selected polished sketches from the previous phase and create digital versions of the work. We make a big leap from sketches and ideas to refined, yet not quite fully detailed, versions of what the final product will look like

    VIDEO:

    • 1. Take the footage & cut the fat/select the best shots
    • 2. Collect into a comprehensive layout of the storyline
    • 3. Sync the music
    • 4. Create a Explanation Video
      • I will record a video detailing the details not seen in the Rough Cut that will be in the final video. That way you can get a big picture idea of what the video will look like before I spend the time executing those details

    Goal:

    Take the approved work from the previous phase (sketches or script concepts) and polish it into a either the script (video projects) with a scene by scene storyboard or polished sketches to incorporate details discussed during the review meeting

    • 1. Polished versions of the 3 sketches selected in the previous phase
    • 2. Presentation for you to see the project in the best light

    VIDEO:

    • 1. Polished Script based off the direction established in the previous phase
    • 2. Storyboard for each scene
    • 3. Shot list if footage is not shot yet

    • 2 polished sketches will be selected from this phase to move forward with

    VIDEO:

    • Go over the written script along with the storyboard scenes and have the videographer present to go over the details if the footage hasn’t been captured yet

    Goal:

    Understand who you are, who that makes your most likely fans to be, and create a plan to exploit the vulnerabilities.

    An hour long meeting where we will explore the project on a virtual whiteboard, designed to dig into the details and map out a plan of action. This collaboration of ideas will be used to form a more refined Project Scope than the one delivered in the Proposal.
