A consultation is a 1 (or more) hour collaboration on a virtual whiteboard.

Consultations are $100/hr.

PHASE 5: FINAL DELIVERY

Goal:

Refine and fine tune the details, creating a polished and spotless final version, ready to be released to the world

1. Finalized Version of the Foundation selected from the previous phase’s Review Meeting
2. Presentation for you to see the project in the best light
3. All Non Source Files
4. Export of our Notion Workspace

1. Finalized Version of the video exported for each platform you are planning to upload to

Review Meeting:

Once approved or revisions are used, all the no source files and supporting material will be delivered wherever most convenient for you to download.

PHASE 4: ROUGH CUT or DIGITALIZED FOUNDATION

Goal:

DESIGN:

Take the selected polished sketches from the previous phase and create digital versions of the work. We make a big leap from sketches and ideas to refined, yet not quite fully detailed, versions of what the final product will look like

VIDEO:

1. Take the footage & cut the fat/select the best shots
2. Collect into a comprehensive layout of the storyline
3. Sync the music
4. Create a Explanation Video
- I will record a video detailing the details not seen in the Rough Cut that will be in the final video. That way you can get a big picture idea of what the video will look like before I spend the time executing those details

1. Digitalized versions of the selected sketches from the previous phase’s Review Meeting
2. Presentation for you to see the project in the best light

VIDEO:

1. Rough Cut of the video
2. Explanation Video

Review Meeting:

1 foundation will be selected from this phase to move forward with

VIDEO:

The approval to move forward with the details outlined in the Explanation video

PHASE 3: SCRIPT or POLISHED SKETCHES

Goal:

Take the approved work from the previous phase (sketches or script concepts) and polish it into a either the script (video projects) with a scene by scene storyboard or polished sketches to incorporate details discussed during the review meeting

Deliverables:

DESIGN:

1. Polished versions of the 3 sketches selected in the previous phase
2. Presentation for you to see the project in the best light

VIDEO:

1. Polished Script based off the direction established in the previous phase
2. Storyboard for each scene
3. Shot list if footage is not shot yet
4. Presentation for you to see the project in the best light

Review Meeting:

DESIGN:

2 polished sketches will be selected from this phase to move forward with

VIDEO:

Go over the written script along with the storyboard scenes and have the videographer present to go over the details if the footage hasn’t been captured yet

PHASE 2: RESEARCH & BRAINSTORM

Goal:

Understand who you are, who that makes your most likely fans to be, and create a plan to exploit the vulnerabilities.

Deliverables:

1. Branding Exploration
2. Target Fanbase Profile
3. POD Plan
4. Spread of detailed ideas
5. DESIGN: Collection of rough sketches

PHASE 1: RM SESSION

An hour long meeting where we will explore the project on a virtual whiteboard, designed to dig into the details and map out a plan of action. This collaboration of ideas will be used to form a more refined Project Scope than the one delivered in the Proposal.
